Nury and her husband Omar are both schizophrenic and their sons inherited their parents' disease. None of this family's member is able to work, so they get no income to satisfy their needs. They pay a monthly $30-rental fee for a house made of zinc sheets; however, sometimes they can't afford that amount.

They live in a landslide risk area. Rodents' presence and the lack of sanitation in which they live, is an all-type-of-disease threaten. They live in a precarious situation, and their hopes to go on have vanished.

They have been discriminated against and considered "insane" by their family and neighbors because of the stigma of their disease. Their only support is given by the Organization.
